Simon Bell commenced work as a Stock and Station agent in 2010 working in the Nyngan and Cobar region. The opportunity to return to Elders has enabled Simon to expand his real estate skills alongside his passion for the rural lifestyle Nyngan and surrounds has to offer.
Having spent many years working as a Livestock agent, Simon has a deep understanding of the returns and yields on rural properties and brings both experience and practical skills to his role as Branch Manager.
Simon manages his own mixed farming property in the local area and has successfully marketed broadacre properties in Bobadah, Hermidale and Fiveways. During his time with Elders, Simon has fine-tuned his skills as a successful Livestock and Real Estate agent to be most effective in listening, advising and negotiating the best possible result for his clients.
